These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Spryn and related services offered by Froiden Technologies Private Limited ("Froiden", "we", "us", "our"). Spryn is a product of Froiden. By using Spryn, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Spryn, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may modify these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Spryn is a sprint planning and project management tool provided by Froiden Technologies Private Limited. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Your Account and Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use Spryn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' use.

4. Intellectual Property

Spryn and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Froiden Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve Spryn.

5. Payment and Subscription

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Spryn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Froiden Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Spryn. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Spryn at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
